Shipping policy for McKnight Cutlery is that we will normally ship within 72 hours of payment confirmation, Saturdays and Sundays excluded. Some items may take 7 to 10 business days depending on availability. You will be notified in the case of delayed shipping. In the event an item is going to be delayed beyond 10 days, you will be notified, and any other items in your order will be shipped immediately. Back ordered items that require a second shipping will not incur any additional shipping charges.
Once your items are turned over to the shipper, McKnight Cutlery is no longer responsible for them. Insurance is available for your items at additional cost. Insurance may be purchased by going to the Category Index on the left side of the page in the Shopping Cart and selecting Shipping Insurance (the last item in the list). Select the insurance that is appropriate for the total amount of your order.
